The game is about normal people who have learned to harness sexuality to gain creepy mind-control powers that they must harness to protect themselves from other forces who suddenly Know They Exist.

I wrote Sex/Magic for the Artists First game design challenge. Artists submitted a handful of related art pieces and these were selected by game designers for inspiration. I used some moody pieces, such as the one on this page, by artist Raven Daegmorgan.

The central design conceit of the game breaks an unwritten rule of design: players resolve in-game conflicts using only in-game abilities. The game breaks the player/character barrier in numerous ways. Most notably, a player can win an in-game conflict by satisfying another player's "Truth or Dare" challenge out-of-game.
